Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of pegaso.ar. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. What the site is
pegaso.ar presents Pegaso's services: custom multimodal datasets, capture rigs, QA and annotation staff, our capture app and field operations. The information here is general. Nothing on the site is a binding offer: every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything said here.
2. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, code, graphics, animations, footage and the Pegaso name and logo belong to Pegaso or are used with permission. Pegaso™ and the Pegaso logo are trademarks of Pegaso. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce or reuse its content, including the sample footage, or use it to train machine learning models, without our written permission.
3. Sample footage
The clips shown on the site were recorded by Pegaso operators who gave written consent for this use. They are shown as examples only. Full-resolution samples and sensor files are shared on request, under the terms we agree with you at that time.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
- Don't send the contact form false information or another person's data.
- Don't use automated tools to collect content from the site.
5. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every figure on it is current at the moment you read it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pegaso is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Links
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless the law gives you the right to go to other courts.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact@pegaso.ar.
